Mechanism of Induction Lamp System |
|
|
SOKO lamp is a sealed bulb containing a mixed gas wrapped by a ferrite core.
The electronic ballast provides high frequency power (135kHz) to the ferrite core, where a magnetic field is emitted. Ultraviolet rays are created when the mixed gas inside the bulb reacts with the electromagnetic field.
The fluorescent material inside the lamp changes the UV rays to visible rays.
Therefore, this lamp does not have electrodes, unlike a traditional lamp.
So this came to have excellent characteristics for life span, efficiency, and color rendition. |
